About Me

I am Leoni Roxas. I am an accomplished Project Management Professional with more than 16 years of global experience in IT and Electronics Manufacturing industries across South East Asia, North America and Europe. My expertise in IT industry is in Enterprise and Managed Services across Project Management (Waterfall and Agile), Project Governance (Risk, Issue and Change Management), Transition and Transformation, Migration, Business Analysis, IT Service Management, IT Operations, and in Electronics Manufacturing industry, in Planning, Supply Chain and Vendor Management.

I have successfully completed highly critical and mid to large-scale infrastructure and software development projects with Clients under Public Sector, Shipping, Packaging and Construction, Gaming, Financial, and Aerospace industries. Working in global MNCs throughout my career, I am very well versed in running global projects with resources and stakeholders located in different countries around the globe working in different time zones.

Aside from global calibre skills and experience, I am also equipped with the right certifications to do Project Management using either traditional or Agile methodology. I am a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SAFE 5.0 SA), Agile Master (SAMC), and Scrum Master (SMC) with combined ITIL Foundation certification and a degree in Electronics Engineering.

I am currently based in Singapore and working as a Senior Project Manager at DXC Technology. Alongside my day job at the Enterprise, I also look forward to extending my knowledge, experience, skills, and best practices to optimize any kind of business outside my organization. I am also passionate in bringing more value to IT industry by inspiring more people to step into IT Project Management.
